Eligibility for Returns & Refunds

  • Items must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.

  • Products must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging with all tags and labels attached.

  • Certain items, such as personalized products, intimate apparel, or digital goods, may not be eligible for return unless defective or damaged.

  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact our customer support team at support@joinwdnc.com within the eligible return period.

  2. Provide your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.

  3. Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with a return authorization and instructions for shipping.

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or damaged item).

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service. We are not responsible for items lost during return transit.

Refund Process

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you regarding the status of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

  • Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases of error on our part.

Exchanges

  • If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or color, please contact us. Exchanges are subject to availability.

  • For defective or incorrect items, we will cover the shipping costs for the replacement.

Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos or a video of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned unless defective:
